The Type PB was popular as a taxi in Japan. Year unknown. Photos taken at the Fukuyama Auto and Clock Museum. Japanese three wheeled trucks were popular in pre-war and also postwar Japan. Mazda’s first vehicle was a three wheeled truck, and Daihatsu in Osaka also made three wheeled trucks, as they were called. I would prefer to call them trikes, but Mazda is in the habit of calling them three wheeled trucks, so I with go with their vocabulary.
